GetSetPic resizes, compresses and crops photos and scanned documents to the sizes published by exam boards, government departments and embassies. The free tools have no usage limit. The paid "Official-ready" option additionally positions your face to the published head-size and eye-line rules, provides a print sheet and, where the rules allow it (Indian exams and documents), replaces the background with plain white. For photos whose authority forbids digital edits (such as US, UK, Canadian, Australian and Schengen photos), the original background is kept unchanged. The fee is one-time per photo.
Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Use a genuine, recent photo — GetSetPic never retouches faces, and you must not use it to misrepresent anyone's identity.
Rules change. We show the official source and the date we last checked each preset; please confirm against the current notice before you submit an application.
The final decision to accept a photo always rests with the exam board, passport office, embassy or consulate. The pass check confirms the measurable rules (file type, file size, pixel size, shape, background and head size where published); it cannot guarantee acceptance.
Prices are shown before checkout: ₹49 for payments in India and US$4.99 elsewhere, per official-ready photo. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
GetSetPic is provided as is. Our total liability for any paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
