Refund & cancellation policy

Full refund if it does not work

If your official-ready photo is rejected because of something GetSetPic controls — file size, pixel size, shape, background colour or head framing — or if a technical problem stopped you from downloading it, you get a full refund.

Request it within 7 days of purchase through the contact page and include your Razorpay payment ID (shown on the receipt Razorpay emails you).

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

Official-ready photos are delivered instantly on screen, so an order cannot be cancelled once the download has been unlocked. If you were charged but the download did not unlock, contact us and we will either unlock it or refund you.
