SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS & GD signature and exam photos
On ssc.gov.in the application photo is captured live with your camera, so the file you upload is your signature: a JPG of 10–20 KB at about 6.0 cm × 2.0 cm.
SSC captures your application photo live through the camera — you cannot upload one, and photographing an old photo can get you rejected. Sit in good light against a plain background, camera at eye level, no cap, mask, glasses or earphones/headphones.
