NEET asks for a recent passport photo (white background, 80% face, taken after 1 Jan 2026), a 4 × 6 inch postcard photo, your signature and finger/thumb impressions.
NTA also captures a live photo during the application and matches it with Aadhaar. Use a light-coloured background and proper lighting, with 80% of your face visible including ears; no mask.
